I wrote Little Porcupine Goes to the Psyche Ward because I wanted to share my own story of struggling with mental illness. I hope that this book will help others to feel less alone and to know that there is hope for recovery.

I also wrote this book for my children. I want them to know that they are not alone and that there is hope for recovery, no matter what challenges they may face in life.

I am a writer and mental health advocate. I have struggled with mental illness for most of my life, but I have found hope and recovery through therapy, medication, and support from my family and friends.

I am passionate about helping others to find hope and recovery from mental illness. I believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life, regardless of their mental health challenges.
